Help Identify Board Management Best Practices and Challenges

Complete a Board Governance Survey

Here's what know thus far . . . 

• Most of your organizations have term limits for your board members, and you are okay with how this works
• Not all of you permit electronic voting
• You are not confident about your online privacy policy, whistleblower policy and your committee handbook 
• There's a difference between the size of the board and the budget size of the organization

If you haven't taken the recent survey regarding your board, please do so no later than Oct. 31.  Results of this survey will be aggregated and shared to help Ohio's travel industry identify some best practices and benchmarks. Results will also provide OTA and our partners with some ideas for strengthening our industry's volunteer board leadership through future education, resources and programming.
