Travel Information Center Brochure Distribution RFP Released

Deadline for Submission is Oct. 11

TourismOhio has released a new Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a contractor for brochure distribution at 15 Ohio Tourism Information Centers (TICs). The contract will be for an 18-month period. The previous contract ends 12/31, so a new contract has to be secured.

According to the RFP, TICs in the following counties will be serviced: Ashtabula, Belmont, Butler (2), Licking, Preble, Scioto, Warren (2), Washington, Wayne (2), Wood (2) and Trumbull (if it reopens from current closure).

As requested by travel industry partners, the RFP also identifies flexibility of the following as key:

• Number of TICs where material is distributed
• Location of TICs where material is distributed
• Amount and frequency of restocking
• Seasonal adjustments  

Proposals are due Oct. 11 at 2 p.m.
