With World Heritage inscription confirmed, let’s gather to discuss how to create compelling experiences for Hopewell Ceremonial Earthwork travelers. This work will build upon pre-pandemic strategies and site inventories.
The goal is to create a framework for sharing trip-planning information with those interested in visiting the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks, as well as to provide resources for these visitors to extend their stays and explore other Ohio sites.
World Heritage inscription of these earthwork sites shines a light on Ohio, as they join an elite list of places worldwide that are important to humanity. This is an opportunity to work together to inspire a visit and to exceed expectations. Whether they are flying into gateway cities or traveling between sites, Hopewell Ceremonial Earthwork visitors will want suggestions for other places to visit. Let's make it easy for them to extend their trips.
