Many of you are governed by boards, and board governance issues are among the top concerns we hear about in surveys and during conversations.

Over the last few years, the Ohio Travel Association has helped nonprofits organizations better understand issues related to managing an effective board by going straight to the source – their board members through a board governance survey. We now have a database with more than 100 responses from the people who serve on travel-related boards.
