What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and execute strategy and maximize sales for Dutchman Hospitality’s online store
  • Drive brand awareness and optimize online store’s customer experience
  • Maintain accurate product information and photography
  • Develop merchandising strategy for ecommerce products
  • Assess web analytics across platforms, delivering insights to drive change and growth
  • Manage email marketing program and social media strategy for ecommerce site
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams including food and gift operations segments and marketing to maximize e-commerce sales and the consumer buying experience
  • Sets, measure, and optimizes key digital and sales metrics related to online store performance
  • Develop and deliver social commerce strategies
Skills you’ll bring along
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required
  • Experience with social commerce, preferred
  • Applicant must be a strong communicator, able to manage time well while juggling competing priorities
  • Sound understanding of e-commerce best practices and strategy
  • Strong project management skills and cross functional team collaborator
  • Attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills
