Reopening Updates, Guidelines, Non-Resident Fishing Licenses

 

OHIO RESTAURANT AND BAR OPENING DATES ANNOUNCED: OUTSIDE DINING IS MAY 15; INSIDE DINING IS MAY 21

Governor Mike DeWine announced during yesterday's press conference that Ohio restaurants and bars will open outside dining Friday, May 15, and inside dining on Thursday, May 21. Guidelines provided below. 

RETAIL STORES INCLUDED IN THE RECENT REOPENING STRATEGY CAN BEGIN MAKING APPOINTMENTS

Retail stores (the ones approved to begin reopening on May 12) can slowly begin to make appointments for customer visits. However, retail stores still aren't permitted by the new order to fully open until Tuesday, May 12. 

CAMPGROUNDS WILL HAVE MORE INFORMATION ON REOPENINGS WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS

Governor DeWine said campgrounds will have more answers on when they can open within the next few days. In the meantime, Ohio Campground Owners have submitted Phase One: Campground Safety Protocols as recommendations to help you get ready.  

RECOMMENDED GUIDELINES FOR MUSEUMS RELEASED BY OHIO MUSEUMS ASSOCIATION

MARINAS ABLE TO OPERATE

Governor DeWine clarified today that marinas are permitted to operate with the overall business guidelines already shared and by complying with no gatherings of more than 10.

GOVERNOR DEWINE ANNOUNCES NEW WORKING GROUPS TO DEVELOP REOPENING GUIDELINES

New working groups began meeting this week to develop reopening guidelines for businesses excluded from opening in the most recent Public Health Order. These groups will develop recommendations to submit to the governor for approval.

ODNR RESUMES SALE OF NON-RESIDENT HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSES

ODNR Division of Wildlife resumed sales of non-resident hunting and fishing licenses on May 8.
